Information we collect

We collect account information; report photographs, descriptions, precise coordinates, addresses, timestamps, status, and metadata; device and service information; and payment or payout identifiers and status.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure Notice, authenticate users, process and verify reports, show history, prevent fraud, send requested notifications, administer rewards, provide support, enforce rules, and meet legal obligations.

Automated analysis

Submitted photographs and report details may be sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence service to assess validity, relevance, safety, and duplication. Authorized administrators may review or override automated results.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that host data and files, authenticate users, analyze reports, deliver notifications, process payments, or operate the service; with authorized administrators; with professional users when reports are licensed; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or in a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Photo access during beta

During this beta, report-photo links may not require authentication and may not expire. Anyone who obtains such a link may be able to view the photograph. Do not submit faces, license plates, private interiors, documents, or other personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while needed to operate and secure the service. You may request deletion in Account → Data & privacy. We aim to delete or de-identify associated personal data within 30 days, except licensed evidence records and information needed for fraud prevention, disputes, payment and tax records, security, legal obligations, or backups awaiting routine deletion.

Your choices

You may change notification settings in the app and request account deletion from Account → Data & privacy. You may also contact support@noticereports.com.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security. Notice is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will request renewed consent when a material terms change requires it.
