NOTICE.

Beta Terms

Effective September 1, 2026

1. What this is

The Beta is unfinished, pre-release software provided to a limited group of invited testers for evaluation and testing purposes only. It is not a commercial product and is not generally available.

2. Access is personal to you

Your invitation is personal and non-transferable. You may not share the Beta, transfer or forward your invitation, or give access to anyone else, including by letting another person use your device or account.

We may end your access at any time, for any reason.

3. Confidentiality

Everything you learn about the Beta that is not already public is confidential information belonging to us. This includes its features, design, screens, workflows, pricing, verification methods, technical architecture, business model, and our plans for it.

Until we publicly release Notice, you agree not to publish, post, or disclose confidential information to anyone — including screenshots, screen recordings, and descriptions of how the app works. You may discuss the Beta privately with us.

This obligation does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of yours, or that you already knew before you received it. This section survives the end of your access to the Beta.

4. Our intellectual property

Notice — including the app, its source code, design, user interfaces, screens, graphics, workflows, database schema, verification methods, documentation, and the name and logo “Notice” — is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark, and other laws.

These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta for testing purposes only. They grant you no other rights. Nothing here transfers ownership to you, and no license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Beta; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code, structure, or logic; interact with our servers, APIs, or database other than through the app; remove proprietary notices; or use the Beta or confidential information to develop or assist a product or service that competes with Notice. This section survives the end of your access.

5. Changes, interruptions, and data loss

The Beta is under active development. Features may change or be removed without notice, and service may be interrupted. Data you create during the Beta — including reports, photographs, account details, and earnings balances — may be modified, reset, or permanently deleted at any time without notice. Do not rely on the Beta to store anything you need to keep.

6. What we collect

When you submit a report, we collect and store the photographs you capture; precise GPS coordinates and their accuracy; capture and submission times; your description; and your account identifier. We also collect standard account information and device information needed to operate the app, including a push token if you enable notifications. Photographs are processed by a third-party AI service to assess reports.

During this beta, report-photo links may not require authentication and may not expire. Do not submit faces, license plates, private interiors, or other personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of photographs you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, distribute, and license those photographs and associated data in connection with operating Notice and the services in Section 8.

You confirm that you took each photograph yourself using the app camera, may grant this license, were lawfully present, and did not include a face, license plate, or other personal information you were not entitled to capture.

8. Reports may be licensed as evidence

Notice may license verified defect reports to third parties, including law firms, for use as evidence in legal proceedings. A licensed record may include the photograph, coordinates and accuracy, capture and submission timestamps, description, and verification record.

Licensed records use an anonymous reporter ID. Your name, email, and account details are not included. Once a record has been licensed, it is retained independently of your account. Deleting your account removes your account and reports that have not been licensed, subject to the Privacy Policy, but cannot recall records already licensed. Records may be presented in legal proceedings. A court could order us to identify the source of a record.

9. How you may use the Beta

You agree not to submit photographs you did not personally capture; submit anything other than genuine public infrastructure defects; stage or fabricate defects; duplicate reports to inflate earnings; trespass or break the law; endanger anyone; identify people, vehicles, or private interiors; use bots; access others’ data; or probe, load-test, or attack our servers.

10. Your safety is your responsibility

You decide when and where to use the app. Never photograph from a position that puts you or anyone else at risk. We are not responsible for anything that happens to you while using the app.

11. Earnings and payouts

Any earnings, balances, bonuses, or rewards shown in the Beta are provisional, for testing, and not a guarantee of payment. They may be adjusted or reset, including to zero. Payouts require identity verification and a minimum balance. We may withhold or reverse earnings for reports we believe are fraudulent, duplicated, staged, or submitted in bad faith, and may suspend or close accounts. You are responsible for taxes on amounts received. Submitting reports does not create employment, partnership, agency, or contractor status.

12. Feedback

Any feedback, bug report, suggestion, or idea you send us is ours to use freely without restriction, compensation, attribution, or confidentiality obligation, and creates no rights in Notice.

13. No warranty

The Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or preservation of data.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, earnings, or goodwill arising from the Beta, regardless of legal theory and even if advised such damages were possible. Where these exclusions are not allowed, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Remedies

You acknowledge that a breach of Section 3 or 4 would cause harm money alone cannot repair and that we may seek injunctive relief in addition to other remedies, without posting a bond.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app. Continuing to use the Beta after that means you accept it.
